Our Cancellation Policy

At SVH we strive to schedule your pet’s visit as soon as we are able. Due to the high demand for appointments, we require at least 24 hours advance notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If this notice is not provided, a fee will be applied to your account.
