Shelburne Veterinary Hospital is seeking veterinary technicians to add to our team!
 
Vet techs are responsible for handling daily appointments, supporting veterinarians, maintaining a clean and sanitary hospital, filling prescriptions, monitoring surgeries and treatments, and running diagnostics including radiographs and lab work.  Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience with blood draws, placing catheters, pre- and post-operative patient monitoring as well as anesthesia monitoring.
 
An ability to communicate with clients and team members is vital. Applicants will have a positive and productive work ethic. This position will appeal to applicants interested in providing thorough and compassionate care to a variety of animals and building strong relationships with clientele.
 
A minimum of 1 year’s experience in a veterinary technician or assistant role is required. Rotating weekends required. Full-time, part-time, or per diem shifts considered.
